As you enter college life, you may say to yourself that you want to be as active as possible with different forms of activities. The answer to you being active in college atmosphere may rely in the basis of a fraternity. fraternities are an excellent way to meet many new and different people.

The basis for any fraternity lies in brotherhood. The members, or brothers, in a fraternity are an assemblage of men who strive together to reach a common interest or goal, and have fun as they work together.
The fraternity man desires to be more than the average person. He pledges himself to ideals and standards which would pass by if he was not a member of the Greek System. He agrees to concentrate on studies, while serving his college and his fraternity.

Through the experiences of the fraternity, men learn to work together to build life-long friendships. Fraternity men are subjected to working with different types of people which will develop the skills needed to survive in the world after college.

The chapter is unique in the placing together of men with varied backgrounds, interests, and capabilities, to live and work together in a democratic unit for the good of the individual, the fraternity, and the college. The student enjoys the advantage of "a home away from home", where an organized social life enables him to meet and mix comfortably with the opposite sex.
